Madden NFL '99 Overview
Madden's 1999 installment adds a One-button interface, which enables gamers to simply skip though each menu and quickly get on with the game. Madden NFL '99 also features a new Play Editor, that lets the player customize his plays if he doesn't want to choose from the existing pre-made ones. Jukes, head fakes, and QB pumps maintain a level of realism and the receiver's head turns as he looks back to make the catch. The Arcade mode and Create a Player add additional depth to the package, which also includes a franchise mode, 110 current and classic NFL teams, full season stats, schedule and standings, and the ability to save custom teams.
